FOUR Polish men who allegedly assaulted a man on Swords Main Street have been remanded until September. Mihat Berlin, Pawel Filewicz, Emil Skibinski and Karol Sobesiak, all of the same address at Seatown Road, Swords, appeared before Judge Brian Joseph Sheridan at Swords District Court last week. Sgt Paul Madden told the court he had evidence of the defendants' arrest, charge and caution by certificate, adding the four were all co-accused. The men were charged with assault following an alleged incident on Swords Main Street, on July 3rd this year.
